Perched on a cliff top with views of the Clevedon coastlines and Hauraki Gulf this Masonry Villa does not go unnoticed.

We undertook the task of Landscaping the sea side of this Villa with a pool and outdoor entertaining area for the family. Flowing out from the house and around the pool is a natural Travertine stone with a customised sandblasted finish specifically for this project.
