Located in rural Clevedon, this project included extensive renovations of existing dwellings, Multiple New Builds and construction of new barns, stables, tack room and equine arena.

Rustic Barn style Cedar board and batten cladding gives an authentic aesthetic and ties in seamlessly with the rural New Zealand landscape whilst maintaining a French country feel. The double volume atrium, with curved staircase and wainscoting gives the main extension a timeless, elegant feel with rich natural timbers contrasting against the silver Travertine ground floor.

The high stud and exposed rafters accentuate the barn stylings throughout while the natural stone tiles and architecturally designed fittings provide a luxurious impression throughout the main living spaces.
